Group Booking Fees
A one-time, non-refundable group booking fee is required to secure your group's reservation and begin the planning process. This covers coordination, research, and dedicated support.
Small Group
10 – 19 Travelersone-time booking fee
Medium Group
20 – 39 Travelersone-time booking fee
Large Group
40+ Travelersone-time booking fee

Please note: The group booking fee is separate from the trip cost, is due upon submission of this form, and is non-refundable.
Plan ahead: To allow adequate time for planning and coordination, group trip inquiries must be submitted 6 months to 1 year in advance of your desired travel date. Inquiries received less than 6 months before departure may still be accommodated but will incur an additional expedited planning fee.
